When downtime is critical and your equipment can’t wait, AlphaTech offers after-hours emergency equipment repair services for qualifying situations. This service is designed for urgent needs where immediate attention is required outside of normal operating hours.
When to Request Emergency Service
Emergency service is intended for situations where:
- Equipment failure is stopping essential work
- A breakdown is causing safety concerns
- Delays would result in significant downtime or financial impact
- Immediate repair is required before the next business day

Emergency After-Hours Rates
Because emergency service requires immediate response outside of normal business hours, after-hour rates apply.
- Small equipment emergency service:
- Starting at $249 for the first hour
- Industrial & commercial emergency service:
- Starting at $349 for the first hour
Additional time, part, or repairs beyond the first hour will be discussed before proceeding whenever possible.

Emergency after-hours repair is available within 35 miles of Doylestown, Ohio including Medina, Wayne, Summit, Stark, and nearby counties. Availability may vary based on location, equipment type, and time of request.
